Mont has been a plumber in the Northwest Valley for 35 years and started 100% Plumbing in 2016. He built the company on a live-answer, same-day-service standard that still defines how we operate today. When something goes wrong, Mont is the one who makes it right.
Operations Manager
McKinley has been with 100% Plumbing for 15 years. He oversees day-to-day operations and makes sure every job runs the way it's supposed to. If you've called us more than once, you've probably talked to McKinley.
Head Technician
Tim has been our lead technician for 6 years. He's seen just about every plumbing problem a home in the Northwest Valley can throw at you and knows how to fix them right the first time.

Office Manager
